1. Service and use

DeviceAid is a native iPhone app for local, manually guided device checks and everyday assistance. It provides no remote hardware access, medical or certified technical diagnosis, or automatic condition assessment. Guidance does not replace repair or professional inspection.

2. Your own assessment

You start tests yourself, observe sound, display, touch, haptics, or motion, and assess the result. Neutral feedback does not establish that hardware definitely works or is defective. Used Phone Check is neither a purchase certificate nor a guarantee that a device is free from defects.

3. Water and sound safety

Water Eject uses local sound patterns that may help move water from the speaker area. Results vary; complete removal or repair is not guaranteed. Do not intentionally wet the device, disconnect Bluetooth headphones, use the iPhone speaker, and stop immediately if sound is uncomfortable. Do not charge the iPhone when liquid in the connector is suspected. Wet Phone Guide is not a substitute for professional service and does not recommend rice.

4. Microphone, haptics, display, and motion

Microphone Test makes a short local recording for playback and self-assessment. Haptic tests neither change global vibration strength nor target separate physical areas and do not create continuous vibration. Display and touch tests rely on your visual and touch assessment. Core Motion feedback is not a definitive sensor diagnosis.

5. Free and Pro

All currently available tools, guided checks, and safety information are usable in Free. Free may show Google ads depending on consent and privacy status. DeviceAid Pro removes ads, provides yearly access through your Apple Account, and supports continued development. Pro does not claim separately locked hardware tools.

6. Planned yearly subscription

DeviceAid Pro is planned as an auto-renewable yearly subscription. €3.99 per year is intended for the German storefront; Apple displays the binding price before purchase, and it may vary by country, storefront, currency, and tax. While the app and product are not publicly released, the website offers no purchase option.

7. Payment, renewal, and cancellation

Payment is made through your Apple Account. Under Apple's subscription terms, the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage and cancel it in Apple subscription settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting local data does not cancel it. Restore Purchases lets the app check the entitlement again. DeviceAid processes no credit-card or bank details.

8. Refunds and consumer rights

Purchase processing and refund requests follow Apple's processes and terms. The website does not promise refunds. Mandatory consumer, warranty, and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

9. Liability

Statutory liability rules apply. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, an express guarantee, or any other mandatory liability. Use DeviceAid only within its stated scope and seek professional help when uncertain.

10. Changes and contact

The current version is available at https://deviceaid.app/en/terms/. Contact: tshfm78@gmail.com. This careful product template is not a legal review.
